1. Shipping and Order Policy

1.1. Order Processing All Orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, Product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

1.2. Order Confirmation Upon placing an Order, Users will receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the Order. Such confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the Order by the Company.

1.3. Shipping Areas The Company provides shipping services within India only, unless otherwise specified. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available or may incur additional charges.

1.4. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  1. The Company offers various shipping options with different delivery timeframes as displayed during checkout.
  2. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of Order confirmation and payment verification.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

1.5. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout and are in addition to the Product price. Such charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

1.6. Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title to Products pass to the User upon delivery to the designated shipping address or collection by the User or their authorized representative.

1.7. Delivery Requirements

  1. Users must provide accurate and complete shipping information, including name, address, and contact details.
  2. Delivery will be made to the address specified in the Order during normal business hours.
  3. Signature confirmation may be required for delivery of certain Products.

1.8. Failed Delivery If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, User unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the Company may return the Products and charge the User for return shipping costs.

1.9. Order Tracking Where available, the Company will provide tracking information to enable Users to monitor the status of their Orders.

1.10. Damaged or Lost Shipments Users must inspect Products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

2. Refund and Return Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Returns Users may return Products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided such Products are in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

2.2. Return Process

  1. Users must initiate return requests through the Website's designated return portal or by contacting customer service using the methods specified in the Contact Information section.
  2. The Company shall provide return authorization and shipping instructions within forty-eight (48) hours or after receiving a valid return request.
  3. Users are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Company error or defective Products.

2.3. Refund Processing

  1. Refunds shall be processed within seven (7) business days after the Company receives and inspects returned Products.
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Processing fees, shipping charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Company error.

2.4. Defective or Damaged Products

  1. Users must report defective or damaged Products within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
  2. The Company shall arrange for replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for Products damaged during transit or found to be defective upon delivery.

2.5. Order Cancellation

  1. Users may cancel Orders before shipment without penalty.
  2. Cancellation requests after shipment shall be treated as return requests under this section.
  3. For digital Services, cancellation must be requested within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase and before service commencement.
