2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. Ownership of Website Content All Content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other Intellectual Property Rights laws.

4.2. The courts located in Jalna (Maharashtra Pradesh), India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or their breach, termination, or invalidity.

4.3. By using the Website, Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in clause 19.2 and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or that such courts are an inconvenient forum.

4.4. The Company reserves the right to bring proceedings against Users in any other court of competent jurisdiction, and Users consent to such proceedings being brought in multiple jurisdictions concurrently.

In the event that any or any part of the terms contained in these terms and conditions shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such terms shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
